YOUR BUYING COMPANION
Get the right fit for your setup.
Three useful checks before you order. Work through them at your own pace.
01Check the exact contents and fit
Match the male/female layout, host headset wiring and headphone/microphone roles. This is a passive analog adapter, not a USB sound device or stereo-sharing splitter.
02Choose the right configuration
Review the pack, color and other options. The selected configuration and price identify what goes in your cart; the photograph does not establish pack quantity.
03Plan the first use
Read the setup and care guidance below. For a larger supply order, check one item against the actual fit and intended task before distributing the rest.
Use these checkboxes to track your review. Confirm the selected contents and any fitting or care requirements before ordering.
WHAT IT IS · HOW IT WORKS
Separate headphone and microphone sockets from one combined port.
Connect compatible separate headphone and microphone leads to a device with a combined 3.5 mm headset socket. This gold-finish Y adapter has one four-contact male plug and two female sockets with different jobs. It is not a two-listener headphone-sharing cable and does not connect a combined headset to two separate computer ports.
The direction matters
The male plug goes into a compatible combined headset port. The female branches receive separate headphone and microphone plugs.
Two sockets, two jobs
Use the marked headphone and microphone connections. Both branches are not duplicate stereo headphone outputs.
The host supplies the audio support
This passive adapter cannot add a microphone input to a headphone-only output. Port wiring and accessory compatibility still matter.
Test listening and speaking separately
Select the intended input and output in the application and make a short recording or call test before a session.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Useful answers.
Can two people listen through both sockets?
This model separates headphone and microphone connections. Choose a dedicated stereo-sharing splitter for two headphone outputs.
Will it connect my single-plug headset to two PC sockets?
No. That use requires the opposite arrangement: one headset female socket and separate male headphone/microphone plugs.
Does it add USB audio?
No. All connections are analog 3.5 mm; there is no USB converter.
