Insert the 3.5mm plug fully into the matching audio socket. Start with the device volume low, then adjust it for the activity.

Select the intended audio output in the device or application and play a short audio sample.

What is included in my order?

Will the microphone work on my device?
This is a listening-only product and does not include a microphone. Choose a microphone-equipped listing if the activity requires speaking.
What should I check if there is no sound?
Check that the connector is fully seated, the correct audio output is selected and the app is not muted. Test a short audio sample and, if needed, compare with another compatible device to narrow down the issue.
Do these need Bluetooth pairing?
These are wired earphones. Connect the matching plug to the device rather than pairing over Bluetooth. The device still needs to support the required audio connection.
How should I plan a class set?
Start with the number of listeners, add any spares you want to keep, and compare the actual pack options. Give each user a pair when practical and test a sample on your real devices before distributing the set.
How do I avoid pulling on the cable?
Disconnect by holding the plug rather than tugging the wire. Keep the cable clear of chair legs and bag zippers, and store it with a loose coil.
