WHAT IT IS · HOW IT WORKS
Five ways to vary your hand-grip practice.
One complete kit brings together an adjustable hand gripper, grip ring, squeeze ball, finger exerciser and finger-stretcher band, with an exercise guide and a storage pouch. Choose the kit color, then use the different tools for squeezing, individual finger movement and finger extension. Five tools means one complete kit, not five separate kits.
An adjustable starting point
The main hand gripper has a screw adjustment with a listed 5–60 kg resistance range. Begin at a comfortable low setting and use the exercise guide rather than assuming the maximum setting is appropriate.
Different tools, different movements
The ring and ball provide alternative squeezing shapes. The finger exerciser works individual fingers, while the looped band is intended for outward finger movement. They are separate tools, not interchangeable attachments for the main gripper.
A guide for the first session
The included exercise guide provides the product’s positioning and exercise instructions. Read it before starting, keep movements controlled and avoid forcing a setting or stretch.
One kit stays together
A storage pouch keeps the five tools together between sessions. The pouch and paper guide are accessories in addition to the five exercise tools; they are not counted as extra exercise devices.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Useful answers.
Is this five complete kits?
No. One order quantity supplies one complete kit containing five exercise tools, plus the guide and storage pouch.
Which five tools are included?
One adjustable hand gripper, one grip ring, one squeeze ball, one finger exerciser and one finger-stretcher band.
What does the 5–60 kg range refer to?
It is the listed adjustment range of the main hand gripper. It does not specify a resistance for every other tool and is not a calibrated measurement of your hand strength.
Does the color choice change the number of tools?
No. The listed kit colors have the same five-tool format. Choose the available color and check the selected price before ordering.
Is there an exercise guide?
Yes. The Amazon source for this kit expressly includes an exercise guide. Follow the supplied guide for positioning and suggested movements.
Can I use it as a prescribed rehabilitation program?
The kit is exercise equipment. For an injury, recent surgery or a prescribed rehabilitation program, follow your clinician’s instructions about whether and how to use it.
How do I count a larger order?
Two order quantities supply two complete kits, with ten exercise tools in total, plus the accompanying guides and pouches.
