Compare the attachment shape and dimensions with the part you are replacing. The gels and hooks serve different functions. Do not force a hook onto an incompatible mounting bar or use a tip that can detach in normal handling.

WHAT IT IS · HOW IT WORKS
Six ear gels. Two hooks. One clearly counted accessory kit.
Replace compatible headset contact parts with a clear accessory kit containing six ear gels and two ear hooks: two Small gels, two Medium gels, two Large gels and two hooks. That is eight individual components in one kit, not six complete headsets. Compare your headset’s sound outlet, tip mount and hook attachment before ordering. A headset is not included.
Count the parts separately
One kit contains six ear gels in three sizes, plus two hooks. Cart quantity two means twelve gels and four hooks. The six-gel count does not include the two hooks.
Choose a gel that seats securely
The Small, Medium and Large options are alternate fits for the compatible sound outlet and user. Fit one gel at a time and check that it seats fully without blocking the sound opening.
A hook supports the outside fit
A hook clips to a compatible attachment on the headset and rests around the outer ear. It is a separate part from the in-ear gel. Do not bend a clamp open to make a mismatched hook fit.
Keep each fitted part personal
Assign fitted ear-contact parts to one user. Follow the headset and accessory instructions for cleaning, removal and drying. Replace a torn, cracked or loose part before using the headset again.

Remove the old part only as directed by the headset maker. Compare the sound-outlet mount and hook attachment with the replacement parts before fitting them.

Try one size that attaches securely and feels comfortable without force. Seat it fully and keep the sound opening clear.

Attach a hook only where compatible
Align the clamp with the intended headset mounting point. If the fit is too tight or loose, stop rather than stretching or forcing it.

Check fit before a full session
Check retention with gentle handling, then test the headset briefly. Stop if a part loosens or causes discomfort and follow the supplied care directions.

No. This is a replacement accessory kit only.
Will every Plantronics headset accept these?

Are the ear gels and hooks interchangeable?

What should I do if a hook does not clip on?
