YOUR BUYING COMPANION
Get the right fit for your setup.
Three useful checks before you order. Work through them at your own pace.
01Confirm the connection
Use a compatible 3.5mm audio output. USB-C-only or Lightning-only devices require an appropriate audio solution; the connector shapes are different.
02Choose the right configuration
Review the pack, color and other options. The selected configuration and price identify what goes in your cart; the photograph does not establish pack quantity.
03Try the actual setup
Before distributing a class set, play audio on the device and application you intend to use.
Use these checkboxes to track your review. Confirm the selected contents and any fitting or care requirements before ordering.

Start with a comfortable position.
Position the cushions on the ears and adjust the headband where offered. Check comfort and cable reach at the desk before a longer listening session.

CHECK THE WHOLE SETUP
Check both audio channels.
Play a short recording through both earcups on the actual classroom or workplace device. Keep the volume low initially and retain spares for shared-device programs.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Useful answers.
What is included in my order?
The selected pack and color controls identify the configuration being purchased. The live selection panel shows the chosen option; the product photograph does not determine the pack count.
Will the microphone work on my device?
Microphone capability is not specified for this product. Choose a listing that explicitly includes a microphone if speaking capability is required.
What should I check if there is no sound?
Check that the connector is fully seated, the correct audio output is selected and the app is not muted. Test a short audio sample and, if needed, compare with another compatible device to narrow down the issue.
How should I adjust the headset?
Position the ear cushions over the ears and adjust the headband gently. If a boom microphone is fitted, position it near the mouth without pressing it against the lips. Check comfort before a long session.
Should I test every headset before a rollout?
Play a short sample through each headset and check both sides. For models with a microphone, make a short recording or test call on the actual device and app. Keep spares available for a shared program.
How should a shared set be stored?
Disconnect by the plug, keep cables loosely coiled, and avoid pressure on the headband or microphone. Follow your organization’s approved equipment-care procedure.
