YOUR BUYING COMPANION
Get the right fit for your setup.
Three useful checks before you order. Work through them at your own pace.
01Check the fit and intended use
Check hand fit and use a resistance you can control. Keep fingers away from the spring and stop if exercise causes pain or the mechanism loosens.
02Choose the right configuration
Review the pack, color and other options. The selected configuration and price identify what goes in your cart; the photograph does not establish pack quantity.
03Plan the first use
Read the setup and care guidance below. For a larger supply order, check one item against the actual fit and intended task before distributing the rest.
Use these checkboxes to track your review. Confirm the selected contents and any fitting or care requirements before ordering.
WHAT IT IS · HOW IT WORKS
Set the resistance. Keep track of the repetitions.
This black spring hand gripper has an adjustment dial, shaped handles and a digital repetition counter. The source lists a 10–100 kg adjustment range; that is a nominal equipment range rather than a calibrated measurement of your hand strength. Choose a setting you can move through under control.
One gripper for the selected hand
The pack supplies one device, which can be used with either hand when it fits comfortably. It is not a two-gripper set.
Adjust before squeezing
Change the setting while the handles are released. Start with a manageable resistance and keep fingers away from the spring and moving mechanism.
A repetition count, not a strength test
The display tracks repetitions. It does not measure grip force, diagnose a condition or establish progress without a consistent routine.
Check fit and comfort
The handle shape must suit your hand. Avoid forcing a complete squeeze if it requires awkward wrist or finger positioning.
