A compact rollout setup, with the contact points in view.
This kit pairs one blue-accent dual-wheel ab roller with a knee pad. The two wheels share the central handle assembly, and the foam-covered handles give each hand a grip point. Use it only on a clear, stable, non-slip surface and choose a movement range you can control.

Check the assembly first
Fit the handle components according to the supplied instructions. Both handles must be secure and the wheels must turn freely before loading.
Space to move and return
Clear the floor around the full path, including the return movement. The knee pad adds cushioning but does not make an unstable or slippery surface suitable.
Control comes before distance
Choose a short, controlled range appropriate to your ability. This roller is not a balance aid, mobility aid or guaranteed treatment for pain or injury.
